"Softass-"frames suited for PAN-, SHOVEL-, EVO-, TWIN CAM - and SPORTY -
engines. To show you the wide variety of motorcycles styles, that are possible

Each frame will be custom designed in every detail for its new owner, nothing
will be left to be desired. From Bopper to Chopper. On the ordering form you can
see all the options. The cast-iron parts of all frames are made in Nodulair, the
whole frames are constructed of seamless,
cold-drawn tubes. With these high quality materials the frames are even more
solid and more sophisticated than stock. They are welded in MIG and TIG
processes.
Customizers estimate the perfect fitting and high quality which ensure a
build-up without loosing time. Moreover, all frames are produced along ISO-9001
standards.
With a computer program it is possible to verify the measurements concerning
fork length, trail, rake and stretch, so that the bike will have a good handling.
And as a service, our computer can make a paper with all frame-calculations that
derive from your individual options and send it to you.
All motorcycle-frames come with a report from the German TÜV - in accordance
with the newest EG-regulations - and frame numbers. They can be used as a
replacement of existing frames or for a complete new build-up.

The one who likes it comfortable takes this kind of frame and builds
a Twin Cam 88b engine into it.
The engine-mount has 20 mm offset, so that even the standard frame
accepts wheels up to 240 mm width. The XL-type frame accepts up to 270
mm in conjunction with an offset-kit.

This model is very much like the stock Softail®-frame, that was used
from 1984 - 1999. All cast-iron-parts look similar to stock.
Note: TwinCam engines for Dyna-models can be fitted into this
frame as well.

The purpose of
this kind of frame is primarily the good look. They look just as beautiful as
the old rigid frames. They have all the cast-iron parts (Sidecar mounts, rear
axle plates) and also the old tube-styles (wishbone or straightleg) that make an
old frame so desirable, but here combined with a triangular swingarm similar to
the Softail style.
This frame even can be equipped with a
hydraulic drumbrake at the rear wheel.

This one is our classic frame. It is a very good replica of the 1958
- 1964 Harley swingarm-frame.
If the bike is built in the stock way, it will be impossible to use an
electric starter, because in favour to the low seat height there is no
room for the stock battery inside the frame.
But this frame makes a good basis for any custom bike, and naturally
there are a lot of custom solutions to the battery-problem.

The "hard one" for the "hard man".
Without rear wheel suspension it is very much like the frames between
1937 and 1957:
Besides the options "wishbone" or "straightleg"
there is even more:
- Beltdrive (the rear axle mount is fixed in a way, so that the
normal Harley belt can be tensioned).

- Softail-brake (the anchor for the softailbrake can be welded into
the frame)

This frame fits all sporty-engines, from early Iron-head to Evo. The
