SSCycle Sprocket Brake
The SSCycle Sprocket Brake is drive and deceleration in one system! This idea
comes form the Go-Cart sport and is quite simple: The disc brake rotor gets
teeth for the chain - or - the rear wheel sprocket becomes a disc brake rotor.
Like you want.
Features: Excelent brake characteristics - Smooth look - Easy to fit - Little
weight.
We offer a complete Sprocket Brake kit which consist of: aluminiuim caliper with
an extended body, anchor plate made of stainless steel and ventilated sprocket
brake disc. This Sprocket Brake can be fitted to all rigid frames (not just
Harley's) and to Softail or other triangular swingarms. This sproket brake with
an O-ring chain may ONLY be greased by silicon spray NOT with oil or grease!
Please note: This system can not be used with the original or aftermarket
cylinders! You can find the matching master cylinder with 14mm piston also in
our product range.
The Sprocket Brake System can be adapted nearly to all hubs. Adapters for
Star-Hubs or other special hubs are also available.

SSCycle Pulley Brake
The SSCycle Pulley Brake was developed out of the SSCycle Sprocket Brake and
offerss a smooth look and has excelent brake characteristics. The disc brake is
simply bolt on the existing pulley. The connection between the disc brake and
the pulley is semi-floating so that the disc can expand when heating up what
aviods that the pulley get femaged. Furthermore this type of connection has a
good insulation and cooling. For a professional adaption you can send your
pulley to us. Available for standard HD - Pulley with 61, 65 and 70 teeth. For
other pulleys on request. The caliper can be mounted in the triangular of the
swingarm or on the down side. Only a small modification of the swingarm is
neccesary. For HD EVOs up to 1999, incl. German TÜV – approval!
Please note: This system can not be used with the original or aftermarket

The kit consist of: Brake disc, semi-floaters, caliper, base plate. A mounting
kits are also available.
